How a cup works for players

Sign in with Discord
Your Discord account is your player profile. One click on t.lobbyfill.com and you’re in.

Find your cup
Filter by game, format and date. Every card shows the prize pool and how full the lobby is.

Sign up
Grab a slot. Some cups ask you to join a Discord server or follow the host first: the page tells you what.

Check in
Check in before the window closes. Missed it? Your slot goes to the next player on the waitlist.

Drop in
Get the lobby details on the tournament page and in the event’s Discord channel, then play your games.

Climb the board
Results update live. The host pays out prizes once the results are verified.

Questions players ask
Is it free to play?
Yes. Entering LobbyFill tournaments is free. Prize pools are funded by hosts and sponsors.
Which platforms can I play on?
That depends on the cup. Every tournament page lists the platforms it allows, and you pick yours when you sign up.
Where do I find the lobby details?
Once you’ve checked in, the lobby details appear on the tournament page. The LobbyFill bot also sends them to you as a Discord DM, and if that DM can’t be delivered we fall back to the site and, if you shared it, your email.
I missed check-in. Can I still play?
No. When check-in closes, players who didn’t check in lose their slot and it goes to the next player on the waitlist. The tournament page shows the check-in window, and we send you a check-in reminder.
How are prizes paid out?
The host pays out prizes once the results are verified. The payout method is listed on each tournament page. Prize money doesn’t go through LobbyFill.
