Terms of use

These terms apply to lobbyfill.com, the tournament app at t.lobbyfill.com and the LobbyFill Discord bots (together “LobbyFill”). By signing in or using LobbyFill you agree to them.

Your account

• You sign in with your Discord account. Keep it secure; you’re responsible for what happens under it.
• One account per player. Smurfs, shared accounts and playing on someone else’s account are not allowed.
• Games may require a linked account (for example Epic Games for Fortnite). The details you link must be your own.

Playing in cups

• Each tournament page lists its format, scoring, requirements and rules. By registering you accept them.
• Check in during the check-in window. If you don’t, your slot can go to the next player on the waitlist.
• Cheating, teaming, harassment and exploiting bugs are not allowed. Organizers and LobbyFill admins can disqualify players and remove accounts that break the rules.
• Entering LobbyFill tournaments is free.

Prizes

Prizes are offered and paid out by the tournament’s host once the results are verified, using the payout method listed on the tournament page. Prize money doesn’t go through LobbyFill, and LobbyFill is not a party to the arrangement between host and player.

Organizers

• You’re responsible for your tournaments: accurate details, fair rules, the prizes you promise and paying them out.
• You may only upload banners, logos and other content you have the rights to. You allow LobbyFill to show it on the platform and in posts about your cup.
• Featured cups are paid in advance through Stripe at the price shown when you buy.

Server listings

• You can list a Discord server if you have the Manage Server permission and add the LobbyFill bot.
• Players can vote for each server once every 24 hours. Rankings reset every month. Manipulating votes is not allowed.
• Featured servers cost $9.99 per month, billed through Stripe. You can cancel any time in the billing portal.

Advertising

Ad packages are booked through the Advertise page or paid through Stripe. Creatives are reviewed before they run, and we can refuse ads that are misleading, offensive or unsuitable for a young gaming audience.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep LobbyFill running, but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change features and these terms; when the terms change, we update this page and the date at the top.
